At least 413 people have been arrested this Monday in Russia during the anti-war protests in Ukrainewhich raises to 6,440 the number of people arrested since the demonstrations began Thursday. About half of the 3,126 arrests have occurred during the protests in Moscow, while 2,084 people have been arrested in St. Petersburg, as reported by the civil rights portal OVD-Info, as reported by the DPA agency.
